Step 2. Proof your ad and make any changes you want.
Step 3. Create an account so you can receive your proof of publication with affidavit electronically.
Step 4. Receive an invoice by email that you can pay by credit card.

You're done! Once we submit proof of publication to the county clerk and receive the stamped affidavit it will be sent to you immediately.

Yes, our self-serve system will ask you for the specific type of ad (e.g. Fictitious Business Name) and then tailor subsequent questions to that ad type. You have the option of uploading your original court document or inputting the required information via questionnaire.

Our system knows how many times each type of ad must appear in the newspaper and you will have the option to select when publication begins.

Prices vary by notice type.

All legal notices will appear in the print newspaper edition published each Friday and on our digital legal notices page on our website. The number of print publication dates is specific to various notice types (e.g. Fictitious Business Names must be published in four consecutive issues).

We will send an affidavit and proof of publication to the county clerk and answer any questions the clerk has. Once we receive the court-stamped affidavit back we will email it to you. You can also opt to receive a copy by postal mail.

After you upload and review your ad, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment must be made by credit card prior to the first date of publication or the ad may be held.
