The family of Wamaitha Kaboga-Miller, a Palo Alto woman who went missing nearly four weeks ago, is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to her whereabouts, police said Wednesday.
Kaboga-Miller, 66, went missing on Aug. 17. She was last seen on surveillance video making a purchase at Country Time Market on University Avenue in East Palo Alto before driving east toward the Dumbarton Bridge. She takes numerous prescription medications but left those at home, according to the police.
She was last seen driving a silver 2002 Mercedes Benz with the license plate DP241LU. A missing person report was filed the following day when she didn't return to her home in Palo Alto's Crescent Park neighborhood.
Kaboga-Miller is a 5-foot, 1-inch tall black woman and weighs around 120 pounds, according to a missing person flyer. Police said she was last seen wearing a black puffy vest over a white long-sleeved shirt and light-colored pajama pants.
Detectives have been searching for the 66-year-old woman and her family and friends have also held two search parties, one in East Palo Alto and the Palo Alto Baylands and another in Redwood City.
As of Wednesday morning, police had no new leads surrounding Kaboga-Miller's disappearance.
Kaboga-Miller's family and friends have published a website related to the search.

I am not at all convinced somebody knows something. I hope I am wrong, but I feel that her car should be looked for either side of the approach to the Dumbarton Bridge. If the car can be found it will make it easier to work out what happened. A car is much harder to remain undiscovered.

Unless it fell prey to a 'chop shop' (i.e. dismantled for parts).
