I was in sixth grade at Garland Elementary in 1976. And though Mrs. Zimmerman was not my teacher there, she was my English teacher two years later as an eighth grader at Jordan junior high. She was definitely of the three best teachers I ever had in my life.

Mrs. Zimmerman was my 6th grade teacher at Garland Elementary. She was such a classy lady. A true Palo Alto treasure. We remember her beehive hairdo and her wonderful green Mustang. I loved her accent! Sending prayers of comfort to her friends and family.
