"Tesla arrives in Palo Alto"

The bronze statue of inventor Nikola Tesla, unveiled on Dec 7, 2013, is situated at Sheridan and Birch St in midtown. The inscription reads: "This monument to a great inventor is intended to inspire creativity & selfless action in the fields of energy & wireless communication so that the global issues of peace & poverty may one day be solved forever."
