"Somebody called Tom"

This is Tom. "I used to be somebody too", he said once!
A long-term resident of Palo Alto California. You often see him downtown sitting or slowly walking around with a slight limp. If he asked you for spare change, feel privileged. He is still proud and selective in whom he asks for help.
