I am not a Palo Alto resident, but I work here, and shop here often. Palo Alto and Stanford are known as upper class areas in this Bay Area of ours, but you wouldn't know it by the look of these tunnels or the train station. The "office building" has been shut down for more than a year, and in winter it took 5 phone calls to Cal Train to get them to turn on lights at the station. Who would be responsible for these issues?

Dear Commuter, I completely agree with your observations. Lighting and regular clean up of these public areas needs to improve. I would suggest writing a note to the Palo Alto City Council. You can go the following link to provide an entry similar to the one the posted here: Web Link
