I'm a tolerant person but I do not want to live in an eruv. I feel that having my home encircled by a religious boundry is an invasion of my personal rights. Is it possible to find out the exact location of the line, since it is in the public domain?

Concerned athiest--the eruv is not actually all in the public domain--in many places it crossed private property, with the permission of the owners and some of it is natural--the freeways and the creeks.
If you feel so strongly about it, I suggest you hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit.
