Help with a book.

I am interested in writing a book about the city of palo alto. I have 20 years experience with the fire department and the city. I think the people of this country should see and hear how THE CITY OF PALO ALTO works.
I think it would explain many of the huge problems this Country,state and city have and how it got there. Who lead it there and how they did it.
Then what they got for it$$$

This city is one that you just can't believe. I am looking for a person or persons who have followed other areas of this city.

I know lots about the Fire Departmet, TOO much. I have been contacted by several current and past city employees with information and stories.

We would like to find persons who have been following the city from the OUTSIDE, a resident who has been involved in tracking how the government here has been working? in Palo Alto.

1998,Is where we are going with major issues. Sandbag Time is where we are loosely starting. Before that, 1996 or so is a little lead in.

Structure of the city is also needed. City owned utilities,Reserve,General fund, Budget. Federal money,state money,stanford money, DPE. Brown act. Mayor by"YOUR TURN to mislead the public" Who is on the city council who has been on the city council. Where people that leave palo alto go.

Fireman,

Although I am usually one of your biggest critics, that was a well written post mostly void of your usual rants. If you would continue to write like this you would probably be taken more seriously.
