For them to hit a store thats that exposed off a major street like that means they obviously aren't too worried about the "abundance" of PAPD patrolling the area.

No risk of time in prison for a non-violent, non-threatening crime. Prison's are full. Does anyone know whether all those county light-pole-top video cameras are recorded or just realtime monitors? I think I once counted 14 of them at Page Mill and ECR. Resolution is good enough to track a white pick-up from intersection to intersection.
