Actually, G scale is 1 to 22.5, or about twice the size of Lionel O scale that people are familiar with.

@Bob, I thought G tracks were 45 mm between rails.
Divided into 4 ft 8.5 inch comes to 1/32.
Probably more complicated.
I remember the Mayfield Cutoff, but never got to ride the route.
