In the weekly Palo Alto Enjoy Newsletter I receive I was dismayed to read that two programs involved suicide prevention and therapy dogs. I thought Palo Alto had a high standard of living?

Project Safety Net Community Meeting
Are you interested in reducing youth mental health stigma and supporting youth voice? May is Mental Health Matters Month, so please join us at our free Project Safety Net Community Collaborative meeting on Wednesday, May 25, from 4pm-6pm at the Lucie Stern Center Community Ballroom. We will be featuring a presentation by the Bryant Street Garage Fund and a presentation on suicide prevention activities including legislation, upcoming events, and trainings.

Finals Cram Slam

Are you looking for a study break before finals? The Mitchell Park Library and Teen Center will be open from 6pm-10pm on May 25-26
 for high school students studying for finals. Participants must show a valid student ID. 
We'll provide snacks and activities to de-stress in between studying, including visits from therapy dogs.
