The Village Pub reopened in Woodside in June. While many of the signature touches of the Michelin-starred restaurant are back, much has changed in the age of COVID-19.

As a restaurant owner, i think that there are many precautions the businesses must take to keep the employees safe. The evidence shows that outdoors is much less problematic because the aerosols do not circulates as they would indoors. I would still not serve indoors for fear of contamination and the repercussions of an infection; but in the end it is a balancing act for the business.
