The amount of time spent by an average Santa Clara County teen online may be a real source of issolation. More "stay safe and virtual" online projects are not needed. Social distancing while sailing or hiking or cooking would be far better. Teens need freedom to be creative (virus or no virus) and far less time online!

This is a good move by the Santa Clara County. Another thing they should add is introducing CBD oils to teens with mental health problems.
To date, there is no scientific research that definitively answers the question of whether or not CBD oil can help to treat mental health conditions. However, the results of several clinical studies are beginning to point to the conclusion that the substance can indeed help. Web Link
