Almost too many to mention. At least, too many to list in boldface and each separate issue and the location where the crimes occurred.

I am confused about one of the entries. Where do transients register? Is there a transient list, kind of like the landlord registry that the city is *cough cough* keeping? What's easier -- keeping a transient registry or keeping a landlord registry?
