Hope this alleviates some of the noise. It was awful during the pandemic. I don't mind a flurry of noise just around dark on the 4th, but some persons were setting them off all night long at that time

Good effort, but the 6+ hours of relentless fireworks in EPA Tuesday night would indicate how few people turned theirs in. It was miserable, for my dog, for me, and I suspect especially for combat veterans.
