Police chase ends with three arrests in East Palo Alto after two people were shot in San Jose

Officers found two injured men in the 100 block of West Alma Avenue after gunshots were reported about 1:12 a.m. on Sept. 6. They were hospitalized with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, San Jose police said.
