Great article. I recommend Bo Crane's walk on Oct. 21st, always fun to learn about your own neighborhood. Actually Zuckerberg has lived in two places in College Terrace, the Amherst house was the second.

Nice article - these snippets of historical context are great and really enhance the Real Estate section.

Wow. If CT joined Mayfield as an anex as a way to get away from Stanford power of ownership, why can't Mayfield / Mayfield Place residents be a part of the College Terrace Neighborhood Association -- And why is Mayfield Place considered a commercial zoned property yet it's a 70 unit family residential complex. It's really sad that this complex is pushed around and squeezed to the brink by Stanford and Palo Alto, squeezed between, behind on top of many powerful banks and property developers.
