Back in the day, Happy Hour not only included discounted drinks but also free food like a taco bar or smorgasbord.

On the other corner of the block at 3rd and B street, 400 feet away from Avenidas, there used to be a bar somewhat renowned in the day. B Street gay bar. I know somebody who knows somebody who knew somebody who went there once. Avenidas' lumpia appetizers look very traditional and done right. Now I am hungry, thanks Devin.
