In my mind, parkland for the general public is one of the best ways to improve the populations' mental health. Whether it be for somewhere to sit quietly and relax, somewhere to hike or somewhere to play, it is important for general wellbeing to be able to reflect in the outdoors without the world rushing by.

Thanks for all our green spaces, we do need them and more.
