Buena Vista man pleads guilty to trailer park murder

A man who stabbed a Buena Vista Mobile Home Park resident to death in 2019 has pleaded no contest to multiple violent felonies, including second-degree murder, a Santa Clara County prosecutor said last week.

There is no detail why Mr Diaz went to the mobile home of Mr Wood to stab him. What happened to initiate this crime and the beating of Mr Cochran. Was this his usual behavior?

Several years ago the Buena Vista Mobile Home Park could have been developed into a series of nice homes and a couple of lower end ones. Instead the City of Palo Alto and Simitian Santa Clara County came to the "rescue" and paid $ millions to buy and then each year more $ millions just for upkeep. A tremendous waste of public money that our current politicians are good at.
