RV parking program takes off

Alicia Garcia, associate director of Project WeHope, discusses a new partnership between the nonprofit and city of East Palo Alto to help people living in their recreational vehicles through the new RV Safe Parking program, which provides services and resources with a goal of eventually moving them into permanent housing.
