Original post made by Kirstin, Community Center, on Jun 8, 2006

Where can we go locally to watch the world cup games? I'm especially interested in places where I can take my child.

Try the Old Pro on El Camino or the "new" Old Pro on Ramona St.. If you call them they can usually get the satellite coordinates for any game.

Hope that Helps

- The Rose & Crown, 547 Emerson St., Palo Alto, 650-327-7673. Breakfast is available for the early contests, while noontime games will have a $10 cover that includes lunch

- The 2006 FIFA World Cup will be shown LIVE at the Seven Fifty Pub & Eatery at the Graduate Student Center (750 Escondido Road at Stanford). I don't know if this is open to everyone, I would call first.
