Yeah. Totally agree. I remember losing a squeaky banana toy as a kid and it made me really sad. Didnt help that another mom picked it up and gave it to her kid. Apparently, I walked by the mom and baby with my mom like 10 minutes later and my mom confronted the other mom. The other mom denied that the banana toy was mine. Nice to see that there are still some honest people around.

Well, it was a nice story, except for the fact that the teenager accepted the reward money!! That's just disturbing.

Only in Palo Alto does someone think their lost stuffed animal is "news". The news broadcast showed multiple adults out scouring the neighborhood and going up to the child talking baby talk to him, hugging him and saying how sad it was for him to have lost his stuffed toy. If it wasn't for all the adults making such a big deal out of the lost toy, he probably wouldn't have been so "traumatized". The mother seemed like a drama queen needing her 15 minutes of fame.
