Repeated efforts to prevent the screening of the play were finally overcome when the play opened at the Minetta Lane Theatre in New York last Sunday. It is a great tribute to the artists (including Vanessa Redgrave) and activists who were instrumental in allowing the general public to experience Rachel Corrie’s short, courageous life giving voice to the voiceless Palestinians.

Rachel Corrie was active in the International Solidarity Movement (ISM)--an organization known for it's anti-semtism and support of palestinian terrorism.
Ms Corrie was active in trying to protect tunnels used for illegally smuggling weapons into Gaza to be used to murder innocent Israelis.
Ms Corrie got in the way of a bulldozer and met her well-deserved end.
the Israeli bulldozer driver should be commended for his actions.
As for the play, I am against censorship and feel that the play should be presented in the US- even though I am sure that is biased and one-sided--in a similar manner to Jag's writings on this blog.
