certainly, don't let the fact that Bush has pardoned half the number that Clinton or Reagan did get in the way of creating a false impression!
And not a single convicted terrorist amongst them..not even Puerto Rican to get Mrs. Bush elected into a Senate seat for a State she has never inhabited!

That's easy. The inept Bush administration has convicted very few terrorists, even if we count the guy it got convicted of being a chaffeur.

So what? It's the voters of the state who do the electing. They freely choose to elect or not to elect. How come you don't believe in democracy?
But now you take Dick Cheney, who hustled his declared residency from Texas to Jackson Hole, Wyoming (nice place, lots of Hollywood types to pal around with there) in 2000 so he could be eligible to be VP and therefore the real head of the Bush administration Web Link
