Volunteering for the 2009 National Senior Games is an *easy* process. You only need to sign up for a minimum of two shifts, and most shifts are 3-5 hours each. There are a wide variety of volunteer activities, from greeting competitors who are getting their credentials, helping out with track and field events, swimming events, etc. You'll have the opportunity to meet others from the community, and interact with some of the 10,000 athletes. There will be much positive energy. In this economy, we could all use a bit of that! You can sign up at Web Link
