Activity for kids at Gunn field yesterday (Sunday)?

When we were riding past the fields at Gunn on our way to the bicycle event Sunday afternoon, we saw the playing field full of small kids, boys and girls, doing what looked like low-key football drills. It looked like fun!

What was that, and how do kids get to play?
