The other side - there is a rather large man that stands there with a sign saying "Hungry" - lately he has been rolling a wheelchair near the store, walks a round for a bit then comes and sits in his chair. He is quite rude to people. I have seen this man walk about town without the wheelchair.
I guess this is his new ploy.
