China has built a lot of new infrustratures in recent years,so many that we can say, it has much better infrustratures than most cities of usa. But with regard to its quality of people who operate or manage those infrustratures or modern machines, there will still be 20 years difference.

When I was vacation there, they were celebrating their first aircraft carrier into water,if it was ten years ago,we can not even think of that, usa won't get very much news about this, because they always keep low key, never wanted to loud about themselves which can cause unwanted trouble for themselves, they are really smart.
