Dry winter increasing fire risk, officials warn

Cal Fire is increasing its staff and canceling burn days and planned debris burning in response to increased fire danger because of an unusually dry winter, Cal Fire officials said.

Global warming is causing weather patterns to change. Get used to it. I still remember when ski season started before Thanksgiving almost every year.
