Former Stanford Hospital worker arrested for sexual battery

A former hospital technician at Stanford Hospital and Clinics has been arrested for sexually battering a patient, Palo Alto police stated in a press release.

innocent until proven guilty or is it guilty until proven innocent? She reported it over 6 months ago and now they decide to arrest him? She was semi-sedated...hmm? On top of that they invite other people that may have been violated by him to contact police?
Two occasions? People are not smart enough to contact police or hospital officials once they feel they have been touch inappropriately in a hospital such as Stanford? [Portion removed.]
