Stress is impossible to get rid of, anyway. It is part of modern, high-tech, hurried life. It's all how you deal with it.

For a heavy duty understanding of stress listen to Stanford's Robert Sapolsky's view of it. This guy is really brilliant and has the actual data to back up what he says. There are plenty of his videos online and he has written several very intelligible books on his research .... a message the whole world needs to hear.
