Oh, please, worry about yourself and let go of the anger. Shaming only works in other countries - it would never fly in America, especially in litigious Palo Alto. Besides, people won't know who the driver is anyway. Pick another battle!

I like this idea! I think I will take pix of the charger hog in the Cal Ave Garage at various times of the day and fax it to the PAPD!

why not just call parking enforcement and tell them about it.

Anything is worth a try. Want to get some good pictures go to just about any of the outside parking lots to the north of California St..
That is a case where you can blame the drivers and the city about equally. There is no way to park there in a long line without eventually ending up with a car startling a space or two.
In every group of parking spaces at any time about two of them are unable to be used ... unless you have a Smart Car and are a very good driver.
I routinely see people in parking lots parking right on the line to use two spaces so their precious cars do not get scratched.
People drive crazy, they park crazy, and a lot of them just act crazy these days. Is it something in the water?
