Shop Talk: More mall, restaurants flock downtown

In this week's Shop Talk column, read the latest on Stanford Shopping Center's big expansion, three new restaurants set to open in downtown Palo Alto and the sad closure of a 200-square-foot business.

Actually the Racket shop pre-dates NOLA, as well as it's first version that went by the name of Pearl's

Good luck and big thanks to John Mundorff of Racket Web. From my observation, nobody has "done it better" than John in getting the most from my collection of antique-but-never-classic racquets from string to grips! I would actually play better, or at least feel that way, when hitting the court with fresh string. :) Cheers, John.
