And how about balance so that we in the South have even a semblance of resource parity? A clarification of open space required for development would help.

Many dozens of trees still live at Maybell orchard despite the drought and decades of no watering, including native oaks. It's pathetic how people who claim to be liberals take out their anger on the trees (even though the money is now available at BV where many neighbors felt it should have been in the first place). Many questions in that transaction that deserve a second look. It's the last opportunity like that in this built up town.

It would be great if some restrooms could be installed in the neighborhood parks BEFORE my grandkids outgrow playgrounds in general!

Kids under ten years of age have small bladders and we can't always make it home in time ( causes a lot of extra laundry in the form of car seat covers AND clothing).
