The kids learn pickleball in school, too.

Where do you get equipment? We ordered from Amazon and it was expensive and poor quality.

To PICKLEBALL,
You ask, "Where do you get equipment? We ordered from Amazon and it was expensive and poor quality."

If you play with our groups, either at Mitchell park on weekends or the Mountain View Senior Center on Wednesdays, you need no equipment - we have extra balls and paddles and we set up the nets. We suggest you try out several paddles before buying your own.
For good quality equipment go online to "Pickleball Central." We do have a code to save you 5%.
For more information go to Facebook "Mountain View Pickleball Seniors" and USAPA.org., or come and join us and learn to play the fastest growing sport in the USA!

This is a wonderful sport for people with knee injuries and not wanting to run a lot. This is the only place where the women can stay "oot of the kitchen".
Thanks to all who have dedicated their time to make this sport available.

Cheerio eh!!!!

If you're looking for a decent paddle for a great price go online and Google zztpaddles.com. ZZT is an abbreviation for the very first point of a Pickleball game, Zero, Zero, two.
They're great paddles for control, power and spin/touch etc. I'm a 5.0 level player and own two of them. They're very plain looking but the good thing is you can customize your own graphics to add color to them. Honeycomb aluminum with carbon graphite and have a comfortable and durable grip. Enjoy!

Monica introduced me to the game while I was passing by the courts in the Rengstorff Park. Since then I have played another time. I have played golf in the past and some what getting difficult and hard on the body. I'm definitely going to start playing pickle ball more regularly and will be great if the pickle ball courts were available in Mountain View. Thanks Monica, introducing me to the game.

I was happy to learn about Pickleball at the Mountain View Senior Center last spring. I look forward to our games on Wednesday - good company plus good exercise!
