The improvement I would most like to see that would improve safety on Embarcadero is people getting ticketed for going through red lights!

The stretch between El Camino and Middlefield is narrow and treacherous for cars and bicycles alike. When bike riding, I have been ticketed by PAPD for riding on the sidewalk. There is no bike lane, and apparently no room for one unless the road can be widened.

Please don't take ten years for the much-needed fixes!
