I wasn't in the court room so I did not hear his exact testimony but his statements do not ring true. How many 19 year old kids verbally ask permission to do something sexually do a woman? I think in general it is mutually understood where things will go. If I were a jury member and I heard Brock testify that he asked the victim if he could do ( blank ) I would immediately distrust him and have a hard time believing that he was being completely truthful. It doesn't make sense.

If she was unconscious, consent was impossible.
No more possible than a comatose woman giving consent.

I am just appalled on all sides with the young man in question. When did MY gender ever, ever, ever wish to be sexually satisfied with a partner that wanted nothing to do with "us men".
Who the HELL raised these young men to feel or think that the above is OK? Don't they have male role models within their immediate or extended families?
A father, and older brother, and uncle or another male cousin?

Dry hump? Rrright. He knew better. And he's had a full year to "remember".
"She has testified she has no memory of the alleged assault nor of meeting Turner."
Rrreally?! I guess that's a good thing for her. It's already hard enough for females to stay safe amongst drunk frat brothers when sober - drinking until blacking out is a poor decision.
