I have some fears about transportation: That the City of Palo Alto will continue delaying the expansion of the shuttle and just keep talking about it. They already delayed it once to develop the perfect system and a second time to wait for VTA to reorganize and reduce service to Palo Alto. The other fear is the TMA GoPass for Caltrain program will only help wealthier employees of big companies and leave out lower wage and part time workers in Palo Alto who account for a lot of the daytime car trips and need for parking. Today a disability aide received a ticket when he couldn't leave the patient move his car after two hours. So many part time workers are needed in a day, so a "Nanny" Residential parking permit won't help these workers.

Any increase in Code Enforcement staff?
Staff of two plus a manager is clear evidence that the Manager has no intention of enforcing the city's rules.
