So glad this perp appears to be burglar, not a sexual predator. Not too long ago, there was a series of sex crimes in the area south of Stanford by a perp with a similar description (tall thin white male). Reports of those types of crimes seem to have quieted down in the last year, fortunately.

Terrace Antelope is a registered user.

How do you know he's not a sexual predator?

Also, That address is in Evergreen Park and not College Terrace. College Terrance neighborhood ends at El Camino. Cross El Camino heading towards Park Avenue and you are in the Evergreen Park neighborhood. I grew up on the Stanford Campus and lived for over 11 years on College Avenue on the Evergreen Park side of El Camino so I know where of I speak.

Sorry, Betsysings, but that wee bit of Oxford Ave. IS in College Terrace. It runs from El Camino Real to Yale Street.

The cops were definitely in CT that morning.
