Egregious abusive behavior aside, why is it that Mountain View's Community Services Agency (CSA), providing services for those truly in need received a TOTAL of 317K from SVCF over 3 years 2015-2016-2017? Also, I could find nothing for RotaCare free medical services for the uninsured. What type of 'COMMUNITY' foundation is this anyway? To think they gave out 1.3M and 300K for a social services non profit in their own backyard? Are these donors clueless or do they just not care?

However their grantee list did include 25 Million (!) to Goldman Sach's Philanthropy Fund in NY, clearly is a transfer from one DAF to another.

Correction To my previous comment, they gave out 1.3 BILLION, I think just last year, and CSA gets $300K over 3 years?

Hope they get this all straightened out and get some good, kind, and enlightened leadership in there to take care of their many dedicated employees. SVCF does great work- handling the foundations of big donors like the Sobrato family with 10's of millions of dollars, and small donors like my wife and me (about $1MM). They make a real difference in our community and in our world...

Emmett Carson should resign, or be fired for tolerating such dysfunction. He obviously gained something from Loijen and Natochy's behavior and did not care how the rest of the organization functioned under the guidance of these two very irresponsible individuals. Hopefully going forward the board of directors selects a leader who reflects the mission of SVCF in both words and action.

@jetpilot As noted previously, how is it possible that Mountain View's Community Services Agency has only received 317K over 3 years from SVCF? Do 'big donors' not care about those truly in need? Or do they just donate to prestigious causes? Time to rebrand this organization, with 13Billion in assets do not see a huge impact on local community. Kind enlightened leaders should be aware of what's going on in their own backyard.
