Man convicted of beating toddler to death

A San Mateo County jury on Friday convicted an East Palo Alto man for the death of a 2-year-old girl, San Mateo County Chief Deputy District Attorney Karen Guidotti said.

He was convicted on two charges, and the murder charge was second degree murder.

Which means the murder was unintentional. He lost his temper which is no excuse for such brutality.

A very poor choice for babysitting duties.
