@Citizen, I'm not sure where you are seeing that, but I know why - the portables aren't "portable." They aren't like cargo containers, that can just be picked up and moved. They are lightly constructed buildings on some kind of raised platform, designed for 10-20 use. So "portables" was always a misnomer.
