Animal rights activists plan protest at Stanford Shopping Center today

Animal rights activists say they are planning a "Bloody Fashion Show" protest against fur at 2:30 p.m. Sunday outside the Neiman Marcus at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto.

Wow. I didn't think anyone wore fur coats anymore. Saks 5th Avenue used to carry them at Stanford Shopping Center awhile back.

Who buys them nowadays?

And what kind of person would be caught dead wearing one?

PETA had a strong campaign against fur products (and wearers) a long time ago.

A list of the 'plastic people' who wear fur. Some are deceased & from an earlier time. It's the contemporary fashionistas who should be chastised or have paint poured upon them.
