School board puts dollars into new safety positions, support for struggling students

The Palo Alto school board unanimously approved funding on Tuesday night for new positions in two high-priority areas: school safety and support for struggling minority and low-income students.

@ councilman Dharap

I hope you don’t mean blaming the parents for being poor or minorities but indeed how PAUSD ACTS ( What the district does not what it says). There’s a long history of students being harmed and continuing to be harmed with gaslighting stalling and just plain diss interest in applying accommodations as they should be applied not been watered down .

Our family has asked for help and we have received only attacks and excuses so I don’t see a change yet . You don’t have to identify as we have reached out to you. Escalation as promised follow up but zero has been received . what’s the excuse there?
