What "federal health standard" is this article referring to? On the PurpleAir website, I see air quality index of over 110 at many locations around town. I consider an AQI of 100 to be unhealthy for everyone.

The link in the article goes to the BAAQMD website does not have any sensors in Palo Alto. There are no sensors anywhere in San Mateo County; didn't they used to have one in Redwood City? The closest sensor is in San Jose; I don't know how useful that is to people in Palo Alto.
