A thorough telling of Danny’s story would take a lot more space than this; one story about a Palo alto concert that never happened involved Danny Scher and his former Paly High colleagues Joe Simitian and Gary Fazzino trying to find a promoter to re-open the Varsity theater as a music venue. Thanks for trying! (It’s owned by Chop Keenan and leased to SAP/Cisco/Blue Bottle).
