Given the Covid-19 spike in homeless shelters due to close proximities & revolving door admittees, it would probably be safer for many of them (if in possession of...or provided with a tent & sleeping bag) to sequester off-site & distanced from the other facilitated homeless individuals...though some residents might complain of a proliferation of these temporary dwellings in their neighborhood parks.

Since everyone else will be under SIP mandates, the parks will be vacant during this timeframe & all that needs to be done is leave the restrooms open.

Law enforcement would also need to strategize their handling of this scenario... perhaps a possible assignment for the 'reserve' PD staff who are also sworn officers & ideally committed to an emergency extension of their 'community service' duties.
