Former Cardinal Press makes U.S. women's soccer history

Former Stanford All-American Christen Press became the 14th player in U.S. women's national soccer team history to record 100 points Thursday, assisting on the goal of a 1-0 win over Portugal.

I want to acknowledge that both Press and O'Hara were very gracious players at Stanford, taking time to talk to and have photos taken with my 8 year old daughter after games. Happy to hear that both are having terrific careers at the highest level of American soccer.
