I can reluctantly handle most vegan dishes but some traditional recipes require at least chicken or fish to make them more palatable.
The vegan sushi pic looks particularly distasteful...why not simply offer something along the lines of a 'California Roll' without the crabmeat?
Tofu is very versatile but it also has its limits.
There are times when a good ribeye steak cannot be beat and since humans are omnivores, moderation is the key.
